HEY, I’m ELISE!

I was born and raised in Central Washington state in a small town called Selah. My entrepreneurial journey began early on our family berry farm, where I sold pop to our pickers, ran a lemonade stand at the farmers market, and provided customer service to our berry customers starting at the ripe old age of 6 (though I never quite figured out how to count back change!).

After graduating from the University of Washington with a BA in Communications, I ventured into the world of online advertising at Microsoft during the infancy of the MSN days (remember that butterfly logo?). My role involved bringing order to the chaos of a startup environment, which planted the seeds for my passion for productivity and organization.

I spent nearly 6 years managing teams at Microsoft in the Advertising Sales and Operations Department.

Looking to have a more personal impact on people, I transitioned to a 3-year career in Real Estate where I built a solid business by referral.

It was in real estate that I discovered my true calling – helping individuals and teams navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship while maintaining balance and focus. So in 2009, I made the leap to coaching and consulting, taking everything I learned in my corporate life, blending it with my entrepreneurial experience, and adding formal training to build the practice I have today.

Now, I help women on a mission (and their teams) build systems that free up their brains for more strategic thinking and creative pursuits, while making sure everything that needs to get done, gets done. I help you be intentional with your time so you can be more fulfilled in your life.

After all, life is too effin' short to waste it chasing dropped balls, micromanaging your team, or feeling constantly behind.

My purpose is TO foster understanding and acceptance of self and others SO THAT we can all come together to make the world a better place.

A Holistic "Bonus Brain" Approach

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions, ā€œproductivity hacksā€,  or quick fixes. I've developed a proven methodology that creates what I call your "Bonus Brain" – a comprehensive system tailored to your specific needs that frees up your actual brain for creative thinking, strategic planning, and being present with the people who matter most. I'm highly organized in some areas (my underwear is sorted by style!) and understand the chaos that can exist in others.

Custom Systems That Scale

Your productivity system should grow with you and your business. I'll help you implement a custom solution that's simple to start with and can evolve as your needs change. Think of it like those "before and after" shows I love (Hot Mess House, anyone?) – except the "after" is actually sustainable because it's customized to how YOU work.

Team-Based Implementation

While many productivity consultants focus only on the individual, I specialize in helping entire teams develop shared language, systems, and practices. When everyone on your team speaks the same productivity language, communication improves, balls stop getting dropped, and you can finally stop micromanaging.

Action Leads to Clarity

I've coached people for over a dozen years, and I'm still surprised at how much time people spend in their heads without taking action. Want clarity? Take a step. Any step. Run little experiments. The information you gain from action is infinitely more valuable than endless mental exercises that keep you stuck.

Both/And Thinking

I embrace the complexity of life and business. You can be both organized AND creative. Both structured AND flexible. Both focused on your business AND present with your family. My systems accommodate the beautiful contradictions that make us human and make our businesses thrive.

MY CORE VALUES

I believe we're all connected. Every action we take creates a ripple in the world, and I do my best to be conscious and intentional about mine. We all have an impact – it's a matter of whether we're purposeful about it.

OFFICIAL BIO

I help leaders and their teams escape the overwhelm cycle and take back control of their time. I bring a unique blend of experience as an Operations Manager at Microsoft, an entrepreneur in real estate, and 15+ years in coaching and productivity.

This combination of corporate structure, entrepreneurial flexibility, and coaching transformation gives me a practical approach to productivity that works in the real world. I'm your guide to making progress on what matters while actually enjoying the ride.

I live in the Pacific Northwest with my wife and two dogs. Though I'm a Washington native and have been in Seattle since college, I'm the rare PNW resident who doesn't drink coffee, rarely wears fleece, and doesn't love outdoorsy activities.

What I do love is seeing the relief on a team leader's face when they finally have systems that work and can trust their team to deliver without constant supervision.

Let's Get Your Shit Together

Whether you're drowning in to-do lists, your team is dropping balls, or you're just tired of feeling like you're always one step behind, I can help.

My GYST (Get Your Systems/Shit Together) program has helped hundreds of busy professionals and teams build systems they trust, freeing them to do their best work and be present in their lives.

If uncovering what's true for you and your team is more important than following some rigid productivity system that doesn't fit your life, we should talk.

Because every day matters. Make sure you know what brings you joy and how you bring joy to the world every damn day!
